I’m feeling like I go screwed and probably shouldn't be using software that makes it difficult to get support.

2017 NERO PLATINUM CRASHING AND NO RESPONSE TO EMAIL SUPPORT

I have tried to get tech support and have failed. I tried using both my email accounts. No one has answered, there aren't in emails in my spam folder on either of the two accounts. Here is a copy of the email that I sent. I sent it once and waited for response, and then began sending every couple of days to see if I would get a response but nothing happened.

"I'm converting dvd to Mp4. I drag and drop the folder VIDEO_TS and get this error message.

Nero Recode has stopped working

A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.

This happens with the new upgrade and the older version"
