Animate Static Text
I am using Nero 2019 Pro and need a help to animate some text. I have video of a lake and I would like text to 'rise' up out of the water almost mid screen. I don't want it to scroll from bottom of screen. Is this possible? Cheers!

Hi Ron-
In advanced editing, add your video to video track 1 and the desired text effect to video track 2. In the preview screen, you will see white rectangles in the corners. Grab one of them and move it towards the center to resize the effect. Once done, you can drag it around the screen. You can do the save thing by clicking on the video effect and, with the effect palette open, being very specific about the location, etc.
Does that help. -

Thanks Wither1, but I want the test to 'come up out of the lake', creeping up to expose all the text as though it was appearing from behind a mask. Like a submarine surfacing. Any further possibilities? Cheers.

Yes getting close. Brilliant. But once the lettering has been fully exposed, I want it to remain stationary in the position (not continue to top and beyond of screen. I will fade the displayed text. Thanks OmegaTester

Ron,
I used the Credits effect just to demonstrate the 'rising'. Instead of that, use keyframes on a Static Text effect to control the speed and the start and stop positions. Good luck. -
