Blank writeable Media VS. Non-Blank ReWritable Media

Hi,
In the screen shot below, why is it said 'if you want to do write testing, insert blank writeable media. Otherwise, read-only testing will be performed'?, I know all blank media are writeable

Blank writeable Media, Blank Rewritable Media and Non-Blank ReWriteable Media can be called writeable media.

However, when I faced with this message 'if you want to do write testing, insert blank writeable media. Otherwise, read-only testing will be performed', then I got confused if I wanted to do 'write testing', however, I inserted a Non-Balnk ReWriteable, it would be accepable, OK?

I think the message in the screen shot below should have been written 'if you want to do write testing, insert blank media. Otherwise, read-only testing will be performed' since all blank media are writeable media.
