Recently bought the 2019 platinum copy of Nero and received the digital copy + serial.
Everything installed ok and everything works fine. I have created a hard CD copy of the program and now want the CD graphics for it , is it available for download so i can print my CD? as i cannot find it online anywhere , any help would be greatly appreciated. RED

Without the actual disc, I think the best you can do is to go to nero.com, downloads. Near the bottom of the screen is a picture of the CD. You can always grab that with something like the snipping tool and edit as you desire in a graphics program.

sorry to say that the image is in a low resolution and increasing the size to cd size just makes it blurred , so i will just have to keep looking , but thanks for the help.

would have thought Nero itself would have thought about this problem seeing as they do digital downloads , they must have thought that people would want a hard copy to keep .

They used to sell their products as either CDs or downloads. I don't know why they abandoned CDs. Of course, you can buy the update CD but it's not worth it since it only has the latest updates.
I can only remember somebody requesting the cover art maybe twice in the last 10 years. -

In regards to the blurry issue, just save the picture after you edit it. Then use it in CoverDesigner. I don't think it will make it blurry. The CoverDesigner is a separate download.
I'm retired from the forum and only came into the forum today because I had a notification in regards to a different thread and decided to answer some easy ones. -

My main cd and dvd cover site i always used has gone to the wall so now looking for a new one , if i cannot find anything then i will give your solution a bash

I used the Snipping Tool to get the disc image from Downloads (screen resolution 1920x...). I tried it in Cover Designer and it is somewhat blurry.
-
Note that CoverDesigner will print it with the CD hole when you print it as a disc label. However, it will print the whole thing on the booklet or jacket cover.

Downloaded the image as you suggested and printed the disc it was ok but rather blurred so still looking for a proper copy but thanks for the help. Still a bit miffed that Nero does not supply either a copy or at least a link to one . Just like to thank you for all your help and time its much appreciated. you have set me off now so i,m going to bend Mr Nero's ear about my problem IF i can find a contact e-mail address as there is no link anywhere just keep going round in circles lol. The copy I printed from CoverDesigner wasn't really that bad but, as said, it's a little blurry.
Not sure why they would routinely provide a copy of the disc picture.
This is the link to tech support-
http://www.nero.com/enu/support/conta...
but I don't think they're the ones to go to.
Might be better off going to Customer Service-
http://www.nero.com/enu/support/conta...
I have sent a message to the people at Free Covers to determine the problem with creating an account. (Update: the email address that is posted at Free Covers doesn't work).
Let me know if you get a better image from Nero. -

sent a request to customer support for an image but they relied that i can download it from the download section on their site , getting very excited now BUT no image there , he meant i could download image designer ! just replied to him telling him that is not what i want i wanted the cd image , waiting for a relpy but i'm not holding my breath

Wouldn't think it would be that difficult. After all, they had to create an image in order to post it in the Downloads. I don't know what they use to design an image for their discs but they would need to do that and use it to provide the screenshot in the downloads. Heaven forbid they would use CoverDesigner. :D

Lucky Phil,
I found, "Try creating new shortcuts to the EXEs and see if they appear as expected." in your reference https://superuser.com/questions/10019.... I didn't see the answer, but it worked for me. -

Lucky Phil was commenting on my remark about what Nero uses to create the images. We know what you're looking for.

It looks like they didn't read your request if you asked them where you can get a copy of the disc label.
Let me see if I can get some help. -

just received my answer from customer support about the cd cover art and basically they told me to jog on as they do not supply cd cover art as it can then be used by counterfeitters to make and sell dodgy software , never heard such a load of bollox in all my life , well thanks for all the help NERO you never fail to let people down !

I asked for help while you were typing. Let's see if I get the same response. Their response seems reasonable. I didn't think of that. There's no shortage of people selling bogus/stolen/cracked copies of Nero products.

After a short discussion with Nero, the best I could get is a higher resolution picture of the front of the box. I don't know if you would be happy with that.
