Does anyone know how to get a response from tech support or customer service?
Been trying to get support on an issue now for several weeks. (Program stops responding when I use the cut tool in Nero Video) Most requests unanswered. When I do get an answer it is a request for info already sent (log files and support file). I replied twice sending the information again and after two weeks no reply.
I emailed customer service asking for a refund. After 10 days guess what? No reply.
Nero 2014 is the first upgrade I have bought since Nero 9 for exactly this reason. I guess I get what I deserve for repeating a mistake.
