I had to reformat my laptop and now when I try to install nero 11 it says it has been installed on the same computer too many times. How do I fix this?

That's a good question. They sometimes take several days to action requests.
I'm not sure if they will email back. Perhaps if you are lucky, Since5.5 - Employee who visits this site more than any other Nero employee - will see this thread and speed things along. He is by far the best customer service employee of Nero IMHO.
Else, you could email again every other day to see what happens. The squeaky wheel ... as the saying goes.
Would you check your e-mail spam folder to see if a Nero response accidently got placed there? I assume you don't have it set to automatically delete spam.
