Hello, Is there a french support somewere ?

I just buy Nero platinium 2016 the install seem doing normaly but when I try launching any part of nero i have this windows " l'application n'a pas reussi à démarrer correctement (0xc000007b).
I tried un install and réinstall, an many other change (direct x update, etc,) and it is always the same.
