I’m disgusted

how about a support phone number instead of telling to forget my paid money, and being told to upgrade for more money

No praise here for nero..bought a few stand alone nero products (tune up pro) to optimize my cpu.. it didn't work.. downloades Malwarebytes to help me... Malwarebytes said this was a virus and deleted all nero programs.. I tried to redownload my nero programs.. it says you can't reinstall but I can upgrade to a better version for more money.. You can't call any one or get support from nero..wasted all my money.. won.t happen again... and nero has a section to fill out for praise,,, how about disgust..

    where are they..there is 356 messages about how poor nero is, and they have not answered to them either ... how about some help from nero... a phone number. or give me back my money

  • Make an exception for it in Malwarebytes. Some other people have said that malwarebytes is treating it as a virus. It's not. I think Malwarebytes is actually saying it's a PUP.

    I don't see where you ever posted any of your problems in the forum. Since this thread concerns a phone number, start a new thread (s) on those issues.

    At one time, Nero had a support telephone line but discontinued it a couple of years ago.

    If you have v2015 or later, you can go to nero.com, support (bottom of the page), contact, technical support and submit the contact form. They don't support any versions earlier than that or the free tools. That's one of the reasons why the forum is useful.

    one place nero tech is here to help you... that is also a lie.. send me someplace to complain and get my money back, instead of being told to upgrade for more money

    nero should have a way to contact them there are 356 pages of people having the same problem.. wish I had seen that first. this means their products are bad and they don't care... their bottom line is money, money money

  • All you have to do is click on Ask a Question at the top of the page and provide a good description of the topic and the details of your problem. We can handle most problems here. If not, I identified how to contact technical support above.

    This is primarily a user forum. The Nero employees haven't been as active in the forum lately because, I think, they're getting the next version of Nero ready.

    There's nothing we can do about the phone line. I don't know why Nero decided to pull the plug. I suspect it's because most technical issues can't be handled adequately over the phone and because they downsized. That's just a guess.
