How do I restore backup files with nba extension

Had to do a factory restore, my verbatim file changed to nba extension now NERO cannot start the backup.

    Hello Louis-

    Which version of BackItUp did you use to make the backup? When you did the factory restore, you probably lost the job files which are stored on your hard drive and the ability to do a restore from within BackItUp. There are ways around that, depending on which version you have.

    As an option, you can change the extension of the .nba file(s) to .zip. Then, open the file(s) with a ZIP program and "extract" the files to a folder.
