I installed the tune up program on my other laptop and got a message that I exceeded the maximum number of installs. how does this work

    Hi Wendell,
    Sounds like a glitch going on there.

    According to this press release, the Pro version has an annual fee for up to 3 PCs ...

    Maybe an email to techsupport@nero.com will be the way to get this resolved.

    Bear in mind, they take several business days to respond.

  • If you get the error message "You have exceeded the maximum number of computers for your license of Nero TuneItUp" there is a way you can reset your license.



    Click on "Click for help". Your browser will open up and take you to a license activation page.



    Click on "Reset installations"

    If successful, the following message will appear.



    You can now activate Nero TuneItUp PRO using your activation code.

    If you get an error message then use the support form on nero.com to create a ticket.
