I just upgraded to Platinum 2013 and the money has been taken from my account and the ...nothing?
After payment (via iDeal... nothing, how do I get my upgrade?

First: There is no Platinum 2013 - I think you mean 2014?
Second: Where you bought the update? At nero online-shop?
In this case: Look in your e-mail - or relogin to the shop. -

and explain your problem. They will be able to check the order status for you.
Beside that I would also recommend to check your bank account to where you transfered the money. iDeal has announced that their customers are receiving phishing e-mails. You may want to check this.
