Hi. I've just started using Nero 12 Platinum and am still finding my way around it. I am making a movie DVD and I've imported 3 video files. All three have audio which plays when I view them as individual files. However, when I join all three, which condenses them all into one file to replace the others, there's no audio. Have I missed something?? It doesn't give me any options within Join - other than yes or no - no reference to sound anywhere.
I hope someone can steer me in the right direction please?
Many thanks.... Celine

Please update Nero 12 to the latest version from Nero Control Center.
For Windows 8:
Subsequently click the tiles "Nero 12" -> "Nero ControlCenter"
-> Nero Control Center is opened.
For Windows 7/Vista/XP
Click on the Windows® Start button, then select
All Programs -> Nero -> Nero 12 -> Nero ControlCenter
Click the "Update" icon on the left side.
Click the "Check for Updates" button to display any available updates .
Click the "Online Options" Tab and select the "Check for updates" box. Updates will be performed automatically when online. -

After the above reply, I find you have two posts of the same subject.
Update will usually solve this problem. -

I don't have ControlCenter after All Programs>Nero>Nero12. I just have 12, Backitup, Burning Rom, Express, Recode, Rescue Agent and Nero Video. I have Nero 12 Platinum version. ??? Sorry I didn't realise I had two posts on the same subject. I posted once, possibly in the same place and was given a link to a dedicated Nero forum to post in instead ...... Can you delete my post in the wrong forum please??? I'm still new to this.

I forgot to mention that the current version of Nero 12 Video is 12.5.4000 (I pretty sure - I'm not at my computer). You can find your version by clicking "About" after "Help".
