More Recode 2014 Sync Problems including Missing Audio

In topic Nero 2014 Recode Introduces Audio/Video Sync Problems Into MPEG-4 Output Files, sync issues were described that result from recoding a .m2ts file to .mp4. During that testing, similar files recoded to MKV files had no sync issues. This is true for AC3-PassThrough, LC-AAC, or HE-AAC audio recoding.

Now, I tried recoding those files to MP4 and discovered more issues.

This topic focuses on recoding the AC3-PassThrough (AC3-PT) MKV file to MPEG-4 using AC3-PassThrough, LC-AAC, and HE-AAC audio recoding.

Recode of the AC3-PT MKV to MP4-PT results in a file without noticeable sync problems, but the file freezes Nero 2014 Video when imported.

Recode of the AC3-PT MKV to MP4-LC results in a file with audio lagging the video getting worse with time until it lags by about 2 seconds near the end of the ~19 minute video. The problems previous reported had audio that led the video.

Recode of the AC3-PT MKV to MP4-HE results in a file with audio lagging the video getting worse with time until it lags by over 1 second near the 14 minute point and then goes silent to the end of the ~19 minute video.

Here is MKV Source File [~1 GB]

The video has a SoundTrax SoundBox voice that recites "Left front, right front, center, inaudible woofer, left back, right back". The "Left front" is voiced just as the word START appears if the sync is good as it is throughout the source file.
