I’m frustrated

Music Recorder not recognizing password.

I downloaded and installed the Music Recorder Premium and everything was working OK until I restarted my computer.
After the restart Music Recorder would not recognize my password. When I tried to access the help file I’m told my email and password don’t match. So I changed my password but the problem persists. I can’t sign into music recorder and the help file say my email and password don’t match. And to top it off I’m asked to upgrade to the premium.
Can anyone tell me how to contact the technical support for Music Recorder.
