That's interesting because it says "Download Content" in the upper part of your screen. I don't know where that comes from unless it's the name of your file/folder.
On the other hand, I missed that you said the files were transferred from your iPad to your laptop. :( Every once in a while I have to remind myself to pay more attention to detail.
To my knowledge, there's no limit on the size of the file you can import into Make Advanced Movie. I also don't remember this being an issue in Nero Video specifically for v14. I don't have any files that large to test. I have to admit that I haven't searched the forum to see if that has come up before. I've been very time limited lately.
You said the storage device is "in" your laptop. Is that the case or is the device an external drive? I'm wondering if there there's a transfer rate problem.
"Downlad Content" and "Import" are the two tab choices for the means to acquire media files. The "Import" tab is the one that's highlighted, not the "Download Content" tab. Yes I'm importing the file from an internal drive.
I had this problem with N14 on the previous laptop but thought it was because the laptop was old and sluggish. This is a brand new W10 laptop with tons of memory and power.
I found one other post about this issue but no one responded to it.
I can't make Download Content appear in v14 no matter what I do. I noticed your screenshot refers to GoPRo and Optimum, as well as Nero 2014. How are you launching v2014?
The GoPro and Optimum are just short cuts on my desktop to those other apps...nothing to do with N14 which I launch from my desktop as well.
For the record, I'm abandoning Nero for good. I was willing to lose the older version Audio and Video players that I liked so much for the video editor in versions 11-14 but who's got time for these quirky issues? I just bought the Cyberlink PowerDirector Ultra video editing bundle...flawless.
