Nero 2016 Classic wants to install Direct3D 10.1 extensions to my Windows 10 machine

I am using Windows 10 Home edition. When I try to install Nero 2016 classic, Nero indicates that it needs to install D3DCSX, D3DX9, D3DX10, D3DX11, Reboot Validator. Shouldn't Windows 10 already has these files? is it safe to install the above files>
