Nero abysmal customer service

Anyone got any idea HOW to get an answer from this wretcted crew?
My PAID FOR burning rom refuses to be anythingother than a trial version. Where to insert licence? Emails ignored.

Windows Start /Nero Control Centre click on Add insert serial number and the trial version becomes the full product.
