Nero Activation Failed
I have been running Nero for quite a while. I am currently on Nero 2016 Premium with a valid Serial Number. My cleverbridge reference number is 92945291. I had a major power problem and both my main computer and backup computer took high losses. Until my new parts come in I have taken parts off both computers to get one running. I have had driver and other issues and have reinstalled Windows 10 probably 3 times in the last couple weeks. I just got my new DVD, installed your software and all went well until it tried to activate. It says I am running the software on more than one computer. However, I am not. I only have one computer even working right now. How do I get the activation reset so I can use the software again. My Serial Number accepts fine, just the activation fails.

along with the serial number details (39 characters long including the hyphens) explaining the situation and request a serial number reset / activation. -
