Nero BackItUp - Unable to download or restore my files

I unsuccessfully have attempted to download my files before they are deleted on May 5th. I have used 3 different computers (Windows 7, 8.1, & 10) on 3 different networks using Microsoft Edge, Chrome Version 49.0.2623.110, Internet Explorer 11, and Mozilla Firefox 45.01. I have also downloaded the Nero BackItUp application on all 3 computers and attempted to restore the files but that didn’t work either.
Browsers all have the same symptoms of not showing the pictures but instead show an icon with an “X” on it or the pictures don’t display showing a different graphic. I receive error messages stating there are connection issues where ever I happen to be.
I downloaded http://download.nerobackitup.com/pc/B... and all I get is errors on the 2 computers I tried it on (Windows 10 & 8.1)

Please help, I have all of my family pictures stored on your site and numerous other important files.

    Wither 1 has reported a similar issue.

    Early on, I questioned the reliability of the Nero cloud backup and was told by Patrick, the Nero BackItUp program manager at the time, that cloud backups should be backed up! Unfortunately, I can't find that post, But, there's the following.
