Nero is telling me my serial number is not valid. I have copied and pasted it from the Nero email! how can it not be accepted?

I purchased Nero 15 platinum 2 months ago and it has worked fine. All of a sudden it stopped working and tells me the serial number is not valid. It's the same number as it was from day one and it is the same as the one they sent me on the day I purchased it! There seems to be no way to get a person on the phone (without paying them by the minute) to help correct this! $150.00 for 2 months use is BS!!!! How do I get help on this?
