Nero MediaHome does not start and does not update from control center

I have Nero 2017 & 2018 installed.on Windows 10 Pro latest version.

Some updates arrived recently.

I tried to install them, but MediaHome has not disappeared from the update list in ControlCenter. It is cca 121 MB in size.

When I start MediaHome 2018 from shortcut, its main window appear, but it closes by itself without any message.

Anyone know how to resolve this ?

I have had the same problems with the updates - but with different updates (Core burning and Nero Video). I had to delete the old Nero 2018 Premium and install it again - but still I cannot get the latest Nero Video updated.

But with MediaHome you could try this first - I had those problems 8 month ago:

Go into the explorer - select %Appdata% - Goto Local and find the folders Nero and NeroAG - delete those 2 folders. Start Mediahome again! (You have to let the system load all your photos, videos, music ones again)!
