Nero Recode cannot build encoder graph because component is missing

Using Windows 10 Pro & Nero 2014 and am converting from Flac files to wave files which I have been able to do successfully on Windows 7 using Nero 2014. Does this error have anything to do with file associations? Is there a way to check the file associations in Nero 2014? I just installed JRiver Media Center(23) and may have changed some of the audio file associations, not really sure.

  • Update: I downloaded/Installed the latest Content Package for Nero 2014 and tested one flac file in Recode which worked OK. I then loaded 10 more flac files and they all failed with the same error message as above. Something is switching the .dll file off after the conversion is started. I also tried to re-register the nmttranscoder.dll file form the cmd prompt(Admin) but the file was not found. I the followed the support suggestion to create log files with Nero InfoTool and the GetSupportFiles but when I sent them to nero@support.com the server was not found. Can anyone tell me how to upload these files to Nero Support other than using the Cleverbridge KnowHowPlus app(they don't recognize my email address because I bought my Nero 2014 from Newegg.com). I need some guidance here. Thanks for your help.

  • Correction for above:
The Nero tech support email I used was: techsupport@nero.com
It definitely does not work anymore.
I have been instructed to use feedback@nero.com instead.
