Nero Start Issue
I'm not sure my post was captured. I recently purchased the 2020 suite and the Nero Start will not function. The icon is there, but when I click on it a screen pops up and it appears to be processing and then disappears. I have tried running as administrator from the desktop icon and from the launcher file. I have uninstalled using the Nero uninstaller and downloaded again. Same issue. Running Win 10. No answer from the support folks in several days.

After you click on it, let it run for about 10 minutes. Does it ever come up?

For me, the first time i start it, it will show the outline of the Smart screen within a minute but has a dial in the center moving around and around and around for another minute or so before it actually displays the screen. It's also slow opening Nero Video. The time depends on the system.

I still can't get it to run. I tried twice. I waited 10 minutes each time. The screen pops up with the dial in the center. It lasts about 2 seconds and then disappears.

After you start it, run the task manager. Is it shown as running in Applications?

There are no apps running on Task Manager. Nero contacted me and we are trying to set up a remote operation.

The Nero folks connected with me last night on a remote basis. The support person was in China, not Germany like I presumed. Eighteen hour time difference between my east coast time and them. It took about two hours to repair. It had something to do with the server and proxy since I have the Suite version. It was way more than what I could have ever attempted to do myself. They said technicians are working on the issue, so this tells me it happens enough to warrant major attention. Thanks for all the suggestions from everyone.
