I’m Frustrated

Nero Video 2017 DVD menus are pixelated

I have Nero Video 2017 and when I burn a DVD, the menu in
the burned file is pixelated. The video file is fine, but the menu
looks really bad. The only thing that makes the menu look clearer is to set an
extremely high bit rate for the project, but this isn't always possible, as it
causes the project to exceed the storage capacity of the disc. I have
experimented with an older version of Nero on someone else's computer and the
menu was fine, so it is obviously an issue with my version of Nero. I have
tried re-installing Nero, but that hasn't fixed it.

The menu is pixelated no matter which background I use, even
with the predefined background. It doesn't matter which menu template I use, it
still turns out pixelated.

It also makes no difference if I burn to a disc, a hard drive folder
or make an .nrg file.

I have already contacted Nero Tech Support about this issue,
but for some unknown reason, the person who was dealing with my case has stopped responding to my emails.

Here are some screenshots of some test burns that I did:

As you can see, the menu in the preview looks fine:

But once it has been burned, it looks like this:

I am using 64-bit Windows 10 version 1809
OS build: 17763.437
Processor: AMD A6-9220 Radeon R4, 5 Compute Cores 2C+3G 2.50GHz
Installed RAM: 8.00GB (7.47GB usable)

Any help would be much appreciated.
