I have scanned many threads on this issue and apologize if I missed the solution. I have submitted a ticket to Nero.
Purchased Nero 2017 and started to create a project with Nero Video. All good. Very pleased with its functionality.
Suddenly Nero Video will not load. All other apps start correctly from the Nero Quick Start. Nero Video starts to load (orange panel) then nothing, Task Manager shows it as an open process.
End the process but get the same result when I open the NeroVision.exe file and also when I select a video and "open with" Nero Vision.
Uninstalled and reinstalled Nero 2017 and get the same result. I am using Windows 10.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Did you install the v1703 (Creator) update? It has cause some problems in Nero and tech support said they're waiting for Microsoft to fix it for one of the problems (I can't remember which).
Go to Control Panel, Programs, Programs and Features. Is the Microsoft C++ 2015 and C++ 2017 redistributables installed? -

it was the case with the newly purchased Video 2019 as well
the official support has not answered at all,
so better choose other maybe more expensive tool
so sad :( -

Did you submit the problem via Live Guide in one of the other apps? If not, how did you submit the problem and did you get an automated response?
Have you checked your e-mail spam folder to see if their reply accidently got placed there. -

yes via maybe knowledge plus already removed
no answer, spam folder checked
second submit on the webpage generated automatic answer, but that is just notify refund request -

There are other threads on this issue but I don't have time to search for them or if a helpful answer is within any of them.-
I should have also asked you when you made the submittal to tech support because they have a turnaround time like a couple of days. If you sent it yesterday, you likely wouldn't get a response until early next week. They don't work weekends.

it is a known issue according to support.
probably will solve soon. there is workaround, the support can send individual download link to solve the problem while the official solution arrives.
this come after few days of payment so I changed to other product and Nero sent back the money to me. -

If you are referring to topic 2014 and 2017 crash since the Win 10 creators update, there's no indication that the Creator update caused the problem as I understand it.
