Nero video (platinum 2017) sopped working after the latest update

    Change in reply by Jukka Laakso to I have never used  those onboard graphics. My i7 4790K does have it's onboard graphics card, but I'm not using that. I have an Asus Geforce GTX 750 Ti on that i7 machine. My Ryzen setup will have Palit GeForce RTX 2070 Super JetStream graphics card, and the mainboard is Gigabyte X570 AORUS MASTER. Neither of those (processor or mainboard) will have a onboard graphics. You can't even install a processor with an onboard graphics on that mainboard, because it wont have any video output ports. Intel processors will collect dust in the stores right now, while the AMD processors are flying off the hands of the retailers, that is the situation over here in Finland right now..

    Change in reply by Jukka Laakso to Maybe my old i7 computer was afraid to be discarded aside, because I'm currently building a new machine with an AMD Ryzen9 3900X processor, and corrected the issue by itself. Well who knows what caused this issue, but it's gone now.<br alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" /><br alt="" name="" rel="" target="" title="" type="" value="" />I have nothing in my spam folder, and I haven't heard anything back from them. I did send them an email to inform them, that the issue is gone now..

    Changed description to I received an update to Nero Platinum 2017 by the nero update page, and after I installed it and rebooted my system, Nero video is not working. It will open the video editing page, but I can't do anything on that window/page anymore. Sometimes there is an icon like it's searching something, but it never does anything, and the whole program freezes up. I tried to uninstall, and re-install the whole program, but it didn't help.
