Hardware Acceleration in previous versions of Nero Video and Nero Recode does not work with the latest Nvidia drivers. The older Nvidia drivers 411.70 should work. You can download from the following links:
Hardware Acceleration in Nero 2019 works with the latest Nvidia drivers.
If you have an Intel CPU, you can also use Intel Quick Sync (integrated HD Graphics) in Nero Video and in Nero Recode. You may need to go into your computer's BIOS and set Video to 'Intel' if Intel Quick Sync doesn't appear in Hardware Acceleration in Nero Video and Nero Recode, and may need the Intel Graphics Drivers from your computer manufacturer.
If I remember correctly, NVIDIA fixed this in it's drivers for the Series 600 and later cards. The older cards have to use older drivers. For instance, I have a GTX 560 card and I have to use an older driver.
"Lacobo, Amit, it seems there is a compatibility issue with the latest Nvidia Driver. I have a GTX 1060 and could reproduce the export issue with the drive.
With driver 411.70 (https://www.geforce.com/drivers/resul...) the exporting works.
Nero engineers will check. Before we fix the issue you could rollback to the 411.70 version if you would like to use Nvidia CUDA." - http://forum.nero.com/nero_eng/topics...
