I’m frustrated and disappointed

Nero 2014 Standard Edition installation fails many times and many attempts

I am so frustrated having bought and downloaded this product that is steadfastly refuses to install properly.

The comments and suggestions from Nero in the forum were followed but no further forward from day one.

Bottom line is that I have wasted hours of my time and probably my cash on this Software.

If Nero cannot provide an installable product then I must ask for a refund!

I do not expect Software not to install, no reasonable excuses guy's. BTW I saw that you told s forum participant that support takes 3-5 business days to get back to them. Well, if it was something complex and technical then OK, but WMI don't work?
