No response from tech support and Patent activation error when using Nero recode

I am unable to use Nero recode(as part of Nero 10 suite)after my computer had a failed hardrive replaced and windows reinstalled. I only have the suite installed on one windows pc. I’ve sent an email(February 7, 2019)to and received no response. Tried to uninstall and reinstall software with the same results. I’m surprised to say the least being a nero user of nearly 20 years. I’ve never experienced any problems like this.
