Patent activation

I have Nero 10 and because i had a hardware failure my system was reinstalled with a new operating system. Now my patent activation fails. Can you please assist me?

    Hi Bertie,
    It depends on the error ... if it is just not connecting to the Nero server, it might work again after a while, sometimes the server could be having issues.

    If it is saying something like you have the software running on more than one computer, or you have exceeded the number of re-installations ...

    The best thing is to email patent.activation@nero.com with details of the serial number (39 characters long including the hyphens) and ask if they could reset the serial number for you.

    Bear in mind it can take several days for them to respond.
