i have bought a nero startsmart 10 a time a go.
it has always worked perfect but now nero vision is asking for a patent activation.
i don't know wat to do
the serial number is OK but i can't burn a DVD anymore

If you are receiving a patent activation error message, it is propaply that you exeeded the amount of activations available. Do you use your Nero version on more than one computer at a time?
Please contact TechSupport either over the Chat line http://www.nero.com/eng/support/conta... or send an e-Mail to patent.activation@nero.com together with your serial number for reactivation.
