Please provide BETTER technical support

Nero support is absolutely unresponsive to the technical issues brought to their attention.

Providing online chat and phone support would be a good start!

  • Dear Amit, each of the several support tickets you provided over the last three weeks had a response within one working day and even call attempts to the numbers you provided are logged. So this is not a matter of us beeing unwilling to help but assuimgly a technical communictaion issue. We will try again to reach out to you via phone and email.

    Thanks for sharing. It appears that there are some technical glitches that need to be ironed out. For whatever reason, Nero Tech Support's response/s did not make it to my inbox. I am not sure why. Perhaps, it may have something to do with your severs, or ISP domain blocks, or something else.

    Having said that, I want to bring to your attention that sending/receiving direct emails from Nero is working.

    Looking forward to getting my technical issues resolved.
