Re-arrange CD tracks before burning
I want to create a music CD and re-arrange the track order before burning. Can this be done?

This is very easy to do using Nero Express. Upon starting select audio, then music cd and add the audio files. You can then change the order by selecting and dragging the file, remove files and add files in lieu of those removed. If your selection exceeds the time limit you will receive a warning and you can remove any of the files already loaded. You can also select whether or not you want silence between tracks before burning your cd.

Hmm, I tried Nero Express but the files can't be dragged with the mouse. I'm using 2018 Platinum. When I start Nero Express I click on the Music tab. Choosing Audio CD or Jukebox Audio CD, the files can't be dragged.....

You have to add the files first and then you can drag them. I have been doing it for years.

ok thanks I see you can do it in Audio CD mode. But it makes a small amount of music when nothing can be compressed. I don't see any way to do this in Jukebox Audio CD.

Jeff,
Sorry, I probably should have realized that you weren't making a standard audio CD. With the Jukebox Audio CD, I guess you could edit the titles to start with '01 ', '02 ', ... , '10 ', '11 ', ... and sort by title. -
