I’m Very frustrated

Unable to contact technical support

Having problems installing Nero Platinum 2016, been trying to contact technical support through the contact form. When it asks me to verify my product I do, press enter & a 'please wait' message flashes up quickly then the enter button comes back & that's it, I wait & go no further, I need help with this.

  • It appears there is not longer any support for Nero. Forums, and App for  phone or Windows only. No email etc. Well if and when I get my mine working I won't be buying any further upgrades. It is not worth the sale price at all. My 2016 Premium doesn't work which I bought but continued to use 2015 until recently. I can burn any compilation I used before now of files. This is useless a Nero tech is needed to address problems. They are just collecting money now and forgetting their customers.

    Removing the advertising email subscriptions the next time one comes in.

    I don't see where you ever posted your v2016 problem. If you wish, you can do that (with more details than you've mentioned), and we can try to help.
