RE NERO:
Your customer support is awful.
All I did was:
1. downloaded a trial version of NERO Burning ROM 2018.
2. Ran it, but it was useless for my trial and it would not accept any large sound files.
3. So I uninstalled it and ordered it online and paid for it on VISA - details below.
3. Installed it.
4. It does not work. Instead it only brings up the original FREE trial version.
5. My attempts to reach you for technical support got me to TWO different sites: Cleverbridge and Avangate.
6. Both of these said they cannot help and washed their hands of the matter.
This was yesterday. I have now spent over 3 hours writing to people, searching and attempting re-installs.
On your website I tried the order look-up with both on my emails. NEITHER of them show a history. PLEASE RESOLVE THIS URGENTLY or CANCEL my order and refund my VISA.
Finally, your stupid site and useless customer service has NO U.S. PHONE number to real a REAL HUMAN.

Help with installation issues can be obtained directly from Nero by using the email contact form at Technical Support via e-mail. This requires a valid product serial number which has the form XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX (8 groups of 4 characters/digits separated by dashes. Note: The serial number will not have the letter 'O'. Since this is a public forum, DO NOT post your serial number. If your serial number is not accepted, use the contact form at Nero Customer Service.

Did you open the Nero ControlCenter and check to see if your purchased serial number is entered and if it is entered correctly?

yes. It still does not work. The program SAYS it accepts WAV files, but when I add them to a compilation, it says "Bad file format".
Look it's a bad program and I just want a refund - FAST. -

As I understand it, you no longer see the "Trial" version. Please confirm.
The error message you stated isn't an error that Burning Rom would produce. Would you either repeat the message verbatim or provide a screenshot?
I assume you are selecting Audio CD. Is that correct?-

yes, that's what I got. And this is just an additional issue beyond the first one I had that I'm not prepared to deal with. I have hundreds of WAV files and converting them the the "WAV" that NERO understands, if just a big waste of my time, when other programs read and burn the ones I have. Simply put, I just want a refund. There is too much madness to use this program.
Please put me in touch with your refund department. I've spent way too much time on this already (~ 6 hours!) and have accomplished nothing.-

Avangate is totally corrupt. More or less criminals. If you don ́t believe check up Avangate Reviews. They put a good review first, the rest is one-star-reviews with a lot of intersting comments. They fooled me, sent me versions that didn ́t work, spread virus. Refuse a refund (still fighting).
