URGENT URGENT NEED HELP RIGHT AWAY!!

I paid for Nero Platinum 2016 but for some reason the serial is coming up now as being incorrect and I can't seem to contact Nero for any help because the serial, although still showing as a lifetime one on my program is not being recognised by the website! What the hell is going on!! I can't contact Nero without the active serial (which it should be since I only burnt a CD for a client only yesterday!) I don't want to have to outlay $74 even if the 2017 one IS on special, why should I? The program I purchased says lifetime does that not mean it's mine to use for as long as I want!?!!

I can't find my purchase receipt now I never had an issue like this with my previous Nero products until now!
