The removal of the techsupport@nero.com email address for customers to contact you for tchnical help is a PROBLEM.

The "contact form" on the website requires a valid serial number to even get into the form.

This is a "Catch 22" when people have questions about a lost serial number, or need to ask about the failure to receive a serial number. etc.

Does the email address patent.activation@nero.com still work?

Are you going to resolve the PROBLEM about contacting you when not in possession of a serial number?
