Can anyone help me find my licence keys for past versions of the Nero suite?
I'm archiving previous versions of Nero off to optical disc, but when I look at the folders where I stored the installables, the licence keys -- previously stored in basic txt files -- have disappeared! (Huh?!) I've read this can happen with txt files on Windows, when compression is switched on for a HDD -- never mind, that's a separate issue I need to resolve. But in the meantime ...
Is there nowhere Nero.com lists a user's licensed products/versions? I contacted cleverbridge, but they could only provide records of purchases in the last 12 months.
Is there a solution to this? Thanks for any assistance.

Hi Branais,
I was going to suggest using the email address method at the Cleverbridge page , I thought that it might hold details going back further than 12 months ... but you've tried that already?

You can try filling in the Customer Service web-form to ask if Nero can locate your serial numbers in their database using your email address as a search key.
Bear in mind it might take Nero a few days to respond ...

Hi Phil,
Thanks for such a quick reply. :-)
Yes, I tried the cleverbridge page, and the response was fast, but only included the most recent purchases (all from this year). I've e.mailed them to see if they can help with more, but i realise it's a bad time of year to hope for a quick response.
Thanks for the thought of Nero Support. I'll drop them a line.
(No dramas if it doesn't happen, I guess -- I'd just be happier having the complete archive I thought I had. And who knows when being able to quote past licence keys might come in handy.)
Thanks again for your help. All the best for the coming year. -

I have the same issue. I need to re-install Windows 10 but before i need to know nero licence. I want to be sure to be able to re-install it after.
thanks for your help-
Open the Nero ControlCenter, Serial Numbers. Your serial number should be shown there.

In addition, you should uninstall Nero from Control Panel (v10 and later), before reinstalling Win 10.
