I’m frustrated

Where's the support?

I purchased Nero 2014 Platinum and am frustrated it wont work.it appears to have loaded proper but will not import any music or video files including Nero files from my 2010 version. I would like to use this product and getting frustrated waiting for support to reply back to my email last week. (yes emailed them screen shots and support.cab file)
