Why doesn't nero support answer my email.
They don't even send me a message email received anymore. I think they've blocked me. NO RESPONSE AT ALL. IS THIS ANY WAY TO RUN A REPUTABLE COMPANY?

Will someone please answer my email as to why my activation serial number will not work

What e-mail address did you use?
Which version of Nero do you have?
Please provide in detail what you're doing when your serial number won't work? If possible, provide a screenshot of the error message.
Is your serial number 39 characters, including hyphens? Are there all zeroes where applicable? There's no "O"s in a serial number.
Do not post your whole serial number here. -
